Төлөвлөгөөнд тусгагдсан ажлуудыг ирэх оны нэгдүгээр сарын 01-нээс тавдугаар сарын 01 хүртэлх хугацаанд хэрэгжүүлэхэд анхаарч ажиллахыг Засгийн газрын гишүүд, аймаг, нийслэлийн Засаг дарга болон төрийн холбогдох байгууллагын удирдлагуудад даалгалаа.
Аялал жуулчлалын урсгалыг нэмэгдүүлэх, улирлын хамаарлыг бууруулах, өвлийн аялал жуулчлалыг хөгжүүлэх зорилгоор өвөл ирэх жуулчдыг татахын тулд агаарын тээврийн МИАТ компанийн нислэгийн дундаж үнийн 25-40 хувийн хөнгөлөлтийг хадгалж, тур операторуудтай хамтран өвлийн аяллуудыг шуурхай төлөвлөхөөр тусгажээ. Зочид буудал, жуулчны бааз, амралт, сувиллын газрууд өвлийн улиралд төлбөрөө 50 хүртэл хувиар бууруулах боломжтой гэжээ.
