“Минж нутагшуулах, үржүүлэх төслийн нэгж” ОНӨҮГ-ыг Баянзүрх дүүргийн 20 дугаар хороо, Гачууртын төвөөс 7 км орчим газарт Туул голын экосистемийг байгалийн аясаар нэмэгдүүлэх, сайжруулах зорилгоор 2012 онд байгуулсан. Харин 2019 оноос Нийслэлийн байгаль орчны газарт харьяалагдах болсон юм.
Минж нь усны төвшин багассан үед голын эрэгт суваг татах, далан барих зэргээр орчноо намагжуулах, орчны чийгшлийг нэмэгдүүлэхэд гол үүрэгтэй мэрэгч амьтан. 2012 оноос хойш нийт 57 бодгаль минжийг Туул голын эх болон түүний цутгал болох Заан, Тэрэлж голуудад нутагшуулаад байгаа.
Судлаачид Туул голын эхэнд 100-150 бүл минжний популяц үүсгэсэн үед байгалийн болон хүний сөрөг нөлөөлөлд бага өртөх, улмаар тогтвортой өсөж үржих боломж бүрдэнэ гэж зөвлөдөг.
