Монголын үндэсний допингийн эсрэг байгууллагын үйл ажиллагааны талаар Монгол Улсын сайд, ЗГХЭГ-ын дарга Д.Амарбаясгалан Засгийн газрын гишүүдэд танилцуулсан байна. Дэлхийн допингийн эсрэг байгууллагаас гаргасан “Үндэсний допингийн эсрэг байгууллагын үйл ажиллагааны хараат бус байдал”-ын талаарх зааврын дагуу Монголын үндэсний допингийн эсрэг байгууллагын дүрмийг шинэчлэн, уг дүрмийн дагуу үйл ажиллагаагаа явуулахад чиглэсэн зохих дэмжлэгийг үзүүлж, хамтран ажиллахыг Монгол Улсын сайд, Олимп, нийтийн биеийн тамир, спортын Үндэсний хорооны дарга Б.Бат-Эрдэнэд даалгалаа.

Монголын үндэсний допингийн эсрэг байгууллагын хувьд өдөр тутмын шийдвэр, үйл ажиллагааны хувьд хараат бус байх нь зүйтэй боловч өнгөрсөн хугацаанд ил тод, нээлттэй байх, мэдээ, тайлан солилцох, спортын бусад байгууллагатай хамтран ажиллах зэрэг Дэлхийн допингийн эсрэг код болон Үндэсний дүрэмд заагдсан үүргээ биелүүлж ажиллаагүй байна.

Цаашид тус байгууллагын удирдлага, үйл ажиллагаа нь цөөн хүнээс хамааралтай байдлыг арилгаж Монгол Улсын тамирчид олимпод “цагаан туг”-ын дор орох эрсдэлээс урьдчилан сэргийлэхийн тулд дараах арга хэмжээг зайлшгүй авах шаардлага тулгарч байна. Үүнд:
-Монголын үндэсний допингийн эсрэг байгууллагын дүрмийг Дэлхийн Допингийн эсрэг байгууллагаас гаргасан зөвлөмжийн дагуу шинэчилж, үүсгэн байгуулагчаас хамааралтай байдлыг арилгах, улмаар тус байгууллагын Удирдах зөвлөл, гүйцэтгэх удирдлага болон дэргэдэх хороодын бүтцийг бий болгож, эрх хэмжээг тодорхой болгох;
-Удирдах зөвлөлийн бүрэлдэхүүн таван хүнтэй байгааг өргөтгөх,
-Үйл ажиллагааг нь ил тод, нээлттэй болгох,
-Гүйцэтгэх удирдлага, албан хаагчдын чадавхыг нэмэгдүүлэх зэрэг болно.
Цаг үеийн нөхцөл байдалтай холбогдуулан 2023 оны аравдугаар сарын 11-нд Монголын үндэсний допингийн эсрэг байгууллагын Удирдах зөвлөлөөс Ц.Уугангэрэлийг тус байгууллагын ерөнхийлөгчөөр томилсон байна.

·      Бүгд Найрамдах Киргиз Улсын Сайд нарын зөвлөл Монгол Улсын Засгийн газар хооронд байгуулах боловсрол шинжлэх ухааны салбарт хамтран ажиллах хэлэлцээрийн протоколд гарын үсэг зурах эрхийг Боловсрол, шинжлэх ухааны сайд Л.Энх-Амгаланд олгов.
