Тодруулбал, “Нийслэл өргөө” компанийн захирал Б.Ганзоригт зургаан жил хорих ял, Баян-Өлгий аймгийн Засаг даргаар ажиллаж байсан С.Хавалд гурван жилийн хорих ял оногдуулж хоёр жилийн хугацаагаар тэнсэж хянан харгалзсан, Д.Чулуунцэцэгт 5.1 жилийн хорих ял оногдуулж, шийтгэх тогтоол биелүүлэхийг хоёр жилээр хойшлуулсан, “Нийслэл Өргөө” ХХК-ийн ерөнхий нягтлан бодогч А.Энхчимэгт хоёр жилийн хорих ял оногдуулж тэнсжээ. Мөн Баян-Өлгий аймаг багийн хөгжлийн төвийг хүлээн авах улсын комиссын гишүүдээр ажилласан Б.Сьезхан, Б.Ермурат, Амирбек, Жандаурен, Х.Хизатбек нарыг тодорхой албан тушаал эрхлэх эрхийг нэг жилийн хугацаагаар хасаж хоёр жилийн хугацаагаар хорих ял оногдуулж, тус тус хоёр жилийн хугацаагаар тэнсэж хянан харгалзахаар Дүүргийн эрүүгийн хэргийн анхан шатны II шүүхээс шийдвэрлэжээ.
