Бүх аймаг “Оношлогооны төв”-тэй болно

Шинэчлэлийн Засгийн газар “Эрүүл чийрэг Монгол хүн” хөтөлбөрийг батлан хэрэгжүүлээд 4 жилийн нүүрийг үзэж байна. Энэхүү хөтөлбөрийн гол цөм нь Эрүүл мэндийн салбарт техник технологийн шинэчлэл хийх зорилт юм. Энэ зорилтыг хэрэгжүүлэхийн тулд өнөөдрийг хүртлэх хугацаанд эмчилгээ оношлогоонд орчин үеийн дэвшилтэд техник, технологийг нэвтрүүлэхэд анхаарч ажиллалаа. Үүний үр дүнд нь 11 аймгийн нэгдсэн эмнэлэг, бүсийн оношлогооны төвд 23 тэрбум төгрөгийн хөрөнгө оруулалтаар өндөр хүчин чадалтай тоног төхөөрөмж бүхий оношлогооны төв байгуулсан гэж Ерөнхий сайд Ч.Сайханбилэг хэлж байв.

“Оношлогооны төв”-ийг шинээр байгуулан ажилласан нь ихээхэн үр дүнгээ өгсөн байна. Тодруулбал, урьдчилан сэргийлэх үзлэгт хамрагдсан иргэдийн тоо 2012 оныхоос 20-30 хувиар нэмэгдэж, нийслэлд ирж оношлуулсан иргэдийн тоо хоёр дахин буурсан байна. Тиймээс АН-ынхан ирэх дөрвөн жилд 10 аймаг, нийслэлийн зарим дүүрэгт “Оношлогооны төв” шинээр байгуулан ажиллахаар болжээ.

1.Монгол хүн эх орондоо чанартай өндөр нарийн мэргэжлийн эрүүл мэндийн туламж авах нөхцөл бололцоог бүрдүүлэх

2. Эм болон хүнсний аюулгүй байдлыг хангах

3.Эрүүл мэндийн даатгалын тогтолцоог бие даалган хөгжүүлэх

4.Хүн амын эрүүл мэндийн эрсдлийг бууруулах

5.Бага дунд орлоготой иргэдийн эрүүл мэндийн эрхийг хамгаалах гэсэн таван зорилтыг тавин ажиллаж байгаа юм.
