Нийслэлийн хамгийн олон хүнтэй Баянзүрх дүүрэгт тулгарч буй асуудлын нэг нь хур хог. Иймээс тус дүүргийн VIII, X, XX, XXIII, XVIII хороонд 3 ширхэг хогны машин, бусад хороодод 28 ширхэг хогны машин авахаар төлөвлөж төсөвт суулгасан. Ингээд 2020 оны тавдугаар сарын 11-нд Нийслэлийн Худалдан авах ажиллагааны газраас хогны 3 машин дээр тендер зарлахад “Бадрангуй орших” компани зургадугаар сард шалгарчээ.

Гэвч “Бадрангуй орших” компанийн Баянзүрх дүүргийн хот тохижилтын байгууллагад нийлүүлсэн хогны машин тендерт заасан техникийн шалгууртаа нийцээгүйгээр үл барам эвдэрчихсэн байгаа нь дүүргийн оршин суугчдын дунд багагүй хэл ам таталж байна. Бүр хууль хяналтын байгууллагад холбогдох албаны хүмүүсийг ээлж дараалан өгч, шалгуулах асуудал өрнөж байгаа юм байна. Саяхан энэ тухай Засгийн газрын 11-11 төвд хуульчаар дамжуулж ханджээ.

Тендерт шалгарсан хугацаагаар тулгаж үзвэл Нийслэлийн Засаг даргаар Увс аймгийн Бөхмөрөн сумын харьяат одоогийн Шадар сайд С.Амарсайхан ажиллаж байж таарчээ. Сангийн сайдаар Увс аймгийн Улаангом сумын харьяат Ч.Хүрэлбаатар сайд ажиллаж байсан цаг. Тендер дээр нутгархаагүй байлгүй дээ, гэхдээ хардаж үзвэл хэн ч хардахаар гомдмоор зүйл болж.

Худалдан авах ажиллагааны газрынхан Хог тээврийн автомашин нийлүүлэх НХААГ-20/0104 тоот тендертээ 4.7 кг даацтай, шинэ, ардаа шахагчтай байх техникийн шалгуур тавьжээ. Энэ шалгуурыг “Бадрангуй орших” компани зөвхөн цаасан дээр л биелүүлж, илүү хямд үнэ санал болгож тендерт ялсан байна. Гэвч бодит байдал дээр тэр үнээрээ 2 тонн даацтай хогны машин нийлүүлсэн нь гаалийн бүрдүүлэлтээр, хуучин машин нийлүүлсэн нь Ажлын хэсгийн протоколоос ил болоод байна. Татвар төлөгчдийн мөнгөөр БНХАУ-аас чанаргүй техник оруулж ирэхэд нь хүлээн авсан хүмүүс М.Аригуун, Р.Чойжилжав, М.Галбадрах, Х.Азжаргал, Б.Мөнхжаргал.
