-2017 оны зургаадугаар сарын 2-ны өдрөөс эхлээд би Г.Доржзодовыг өмгөөлөхөөр гэрээ хийсэн.

Гэрээ хийснийхээ дараа үйлчлүүлэгчтэйгээ би ТЕГ-т очсон юм. Энэ хүнээс хурааж авсан материалуудаа ТЕГ-аас тэр өдөр хүлээлгэж өгсөн байгаа. Тэгэхдээ ганц зүйл өгөөгүй, тэр нь энэ MP3. Энэ асуудлаар бас нэг ноцтой юм бий.

Зургадугаар сарын 15-ны өглөө үйлчлүүлэгч маань “Миний байгаа газрыг цагдаа бүсэлсэн байна” гэж утасдсан. Цагдаа, тагнуулынхан бүсэлсэн байсан. Би очоод “Бичиг баримтаа үзүүл” гэсэн. Г.Доржзодовт А.Ганбаатар 20 сая төгрөг өгөх ёстой байсныг хүлээн зөвшөөрч байна гээд прокурорын тогтоолоор энэ 20 сая төгрөгийг өгсөн шүү. Гэтэл энэ Г.Доржзодов өөрөө өөртөө мөнгө шилжүүлж, ард иргэдийг хуурч байгаа мэтээр Д.Амарбаясгалан гэж хариуцлагатай намын ерөнхий нарийн бичгийн дарга худлаа ярьсан.

ЦЕГ-ын дэд дарга П.Батбаатар бас мэдэгдэл хийсэн. Намайг мөрдөж мөшгөснөө энд дурдсан. Г.Доржзодов манайд хоносныг мөрдөж мөшгөсөн. Одоо хүртэл Ц.Оюунгэрэлийнд очсоныг яаж мөрдөж мөшгөснөө хуулийнхан надад хэлээгүй байгаа. Мөрдөх шаардлагатай гэсэн шийдвэр гарч байж мөрддөг.
