Боловсрол, шинжлэх ухааны яамнаас 2022 оныг ёс зүйн жил болгон зарлаж, сургууль дахь гадуурхал, дээрэлхэлтийг бууруулж, хүүхэд хамгааллын үйлчилгээнд анхаарах, гүйцэтгэл, үр дүнд суурилсан санхүүжилтийн тогтолцоог нэвтрүүлж, багшийн мэргэжлийн тасралтгүй хөгжил, боловсролын чанарын үнэлгээ, сургалтын чанар, цахим сургалт, хоол үйлдвэрлэл үйлчилгээнд бодитой ахиц гаргах зорилт дэвшүүлж, төлөвлөлт хийж байгаа аж.

Монгол Улсын нийт цэцэрлэгийн 46.4 хувь, ерөнхий боловсролын сургуулийн 33.1 хувь, төрийн бус өмчийн цэцэрлэгийн 82.7 хувь, төрийн бус өмчийн ерөнхий боловсролын сургуулийн 77.7 хувь нь нийслэл хотод үйл ажиллагаа явуулдаг. Мөн цэцэрлэг, сургуулийн нийт хүүхдийн 47.1 хувь нийслэл хотод суралцаж байгаа бол багш нарын 41.2 хувь нь ажиллаж байна.

Тус аймгийн боловсролын салбарт 2022 онд бодитой шинэчлэл өөрчлөлтүүд хийгдэж, сургалтын чанарт 10-20 хүртэлх хувийн ахиц гаргах, Багш нарыг ил тод, нээлттэй сонгон шалгаруулалтын зарчмаар сонгон ажиллуулж, мэдлэг ур, чадварыг сайжруулахад цахим платформ, нээлттэй эх үүсвэрүүдийг ашиглах төсөв санхүүгийн эх үүсвэрүүдийг тусгалаа. Бага ангийн сурагчдын монгол хэлний чадварыг хөгжүүлэхэд мэргэжлийн багш нарын дэмжлэг оролцоог авах, эцэг эхийн сонголтоор цэцэрлэг, сургуулиудад монгол хэл дээрх сургалтыг зохион байгуулж, уян хатан зохицуулалт хийхээр болжээ.
