Харин 48 цагаас дээш хугацаагаар нийслэлд байсан тохиолдолд 24 цаг тутамд 5000 төгрөгийн хураамж авах юм. Үүнтэй холбоотойгоор хотын захын гурван байршилд томоохон хэмжээний авто зогсоол байгуулж, машинаа тавиад хотын төв рүү орох нийтийн тээврийн асуудлыг шийднэ.
