Швейцарийн Лозанн хотод төвтэй Олон улсын спорт арбитрийн шүүх (CAS)-ээс ОХУ-ын баг тамирчдын Токио-2020 зуны XXXIII олимпын наадам, Бээжин-2022 өвлийн XXIV олимпын наадамд оролцох эрхийг нь хаслаа. Гэхдээ допингийн асуудалд орооцолдоогүй цэвэр тамирчдыг ОУОХ-ны далбаан доор хатуу хяналтын дагуу дээрх хоёр олимпод оролцохыг зөвшөөрсөн байна. Түүнчлэн Оросын баг 2022 оны арванхоёрдугаар сарын 16-н хүртэлх хугацаанд зохиогдох олон улсын албан ёсны бүх наадам, тэмцээн, уралдаанд оролцох ба олон улсын наадам тэмцээнийг зохион байгуулах, түүний эрхийн төлөө нэрээ дэвшүүлэх эрхийг нь албан ёсоор хоригложээ.

Харин САS Дэлхийн допингийн эсрэг агентлаг(WADA)-аас ОХУ-д дөрвөн жилийн хориг тавих гомдлыг хүлээн авсангүй, хоёр жилийн шийтгэл болгон бууруулсан байна. Мөн ОУОХ-ноос ОХУ-ын Төр засгийн тэргүүн, спортын асуудал эрхэлсэн сайдад олимпын наадмын урилга илгээхгүй бөгөөд тухайн эзэн орны (Япон, БНХАУ) төр засгийн удирдлага тэднийг урихыг үгүйсгэсэнгүй. Түүнчлэн Оросын допингийн эсрэг агентлагийг (RUSADA) WADA-д 100000 ам.долларын торгууль, мөрдөн шинжилгээний зардлын 1270000 ам.доллар, шүүхийн 400000 франкийн төлбөрийг гурван сарын дотор төлөхийг шаарджээ.
