Өнгөрсөн баасан гаригт Одесс хотын төв талбай дээр Украины эрх баригчдыг
дэмжигчид цуглаан зохион байгуулсан билээ. Гэтэл Оросыг дэмжигчид тэдэн рүү дайрахад

эмх замбараагүй байдлын улмаас нийтдээ 46 хүн нас барж, 200-гаад хүн шархадсан гэнэ.
Ийнхүү байдал нэлээд ээдрээтэй байгаа тул Украины парламентаас Ерөнхий сайд А.Яценюкийг Одесс руу явуулж нөхцөл
байдалтай газар дээр нь танилцахыг үүрэг болгожээ.

Засгийн газрын тэргүүн уржигдар тус хотод хүрэлцэн очиж албаны хүмүүстэй
ярилцаж хэргийн байдалтай танилцав. Тэрээр ийм явдал болсонд хамгийн түрүүнд хүчний
байгууллагыг буруутгаад мөргөлдөөнийг таслан зогсоохын тулд ямар ч арга хэмжээ аваагүй
хэмээн шүүмжлэв. Хамгийн гол нь Оросын талыг
дэмжигчид энэ бүхнийг өдөөн хатгасан гэдгийг ч онцолсон байна. Засгийн газрын тэргүүн
уг хэргийг шалгах тусгай ажлын хэсэг байгуулж, Одесс хотын хүчний байгууллага болон
Дотоод хэргийн газрын удирдлагуудыг ажил үүрэгтээ хариуцлагагүй хандсан хэмээн огцруулах
шийдвэр гаргажээ. Түүнээс гадна энэ бүхнийг зохион байгуулахад оролцсон хүмүүсийг олж тогтоохыг үүрэг болгосон байна.

Украины эрх баригчид уг хэргийг шалгах ажлыг эхлүүлчихээд байгаа юм. Аюулгүй байдлын албанаас энэ хэрэгт холбогдсон
127 хүнийг баривчилсан байна. Гэтэл уржигдар тус хотын Цагдаагийн газрын үүдэнд
Оросыг дэмжигч болох хэдэн зуун хүн эсэргүүцлээ илэрхийлэхээр цугларчээ. Цагдаа
нар дахин эмх замбараагүй байдал үүсэхээс сэргийлэн баривчлагдсан 67 хүнийг сулласан
байна. Хотын цагдаагийн газраас Прокурорын
газраас зөвшөөрсний дагуу эдгээр хүмүүсийг сулласан хэмээн мэдэгджээ. Гэвч Прокурорын
газраас ямар ч зөвшөөрөл олгоогүй гэсэн тайлбар өгсөн. Украины Дотоод хэргийн сайд
А.Аваков энэ бүхэнд Одесс хотын Прокурорын газрыг буруутгаж байгаа юм. Эрх баригчид
нөхцөл байдлыг хяналтдаа байлгахын тулд өчигдөр Одесс руу “Киев-1” тусгай ангийг
илгээсэн байна.
