Ууц нуруугаар шархиран өвдөх хүн бүрт тохиолддог түгээмэл өвчин юм. Гэхдээ энэ өвдөлтийн олон шалтгааныг эмнэлэгийн оролцоогүйгээр өөрөө шийдэж болно. Зөвхөн өөрийн амьдралын хэм хэмжээг арай өөрөөр аваад үзэх хэрэгтэй.

Нуруу өвдөлтийн түгээмэл таван шалтгаанд мэргэжлийн эмч нар зөвлөгөө тайлбар өгсний та бүхэнд хүргэе.

Таргалалт

Ууц нурууны өвдөлтийн гол шалтгаан нь өөхлөлт, таргалалт юм. Нуруу чинь өвдөөд эхэлбэл та хамгийн түрүүнд өөрийнхөө жинг үзэх хэрэгтэй.

Жин нэмэгдсэн байвал тэр нь нурууны тань өвчний шалтгаан болсноос зайлахгүй.

Жин хасагдаад ирэхээр өвдөлт аажмаар намдахаас гадна ядаж түүний өвдөлтийг багасгана. Дараагийн алхам нь мэдээж нарийн мэргэжлийн эмчид үзүүлж оношлуулах.

Булчин шөрмөсийн суналт

Газраас ямар нэгэн зүйлийг бөхийгээд авах гэх мэт хөдөлгөөний улмаас үүсдэг их дэлгэрсэн гэмтэл бэртэл нь булчин болон шөрмөсний суналт. Шөрмөсний суналт нь нурууны доод хэсэгт булчин татах дагалдсан өвдөлтийг үүсгэнэ. Сунгалтын ноцтой эсэхээс хамааран өвдөлт үргэлжлэх хугацаа янз бүр.

Түүнээс бүрэн сална гэж байхгүй. Гэхдээ нурууны булчинг чангаруулснаар өвдөлтийг багасгаж болно. Сунгалтын хаванг багасгахын тулд өвчтэй газар нь 2-3 цагийн хугацаанд мөсөн жин тавих хэрэгтэй. Ер нь манайхан өвчнийг намдаах гээд халуун жин тавьдаг. Тэр нь өрөвслийг нэмэгдүүлдгийг мартаж болохгүй. Бололцооны хирээр хөдөлж байх ёстой. Амьдралдаа спортыг нэм.

Мөгөөрсний гэмтэл буюу ивэрхий

Нурууны нугалаа бүр нь хөдөлгөөнийг хангахын тулд хоорондоо мөгөөрсөн дисктэй. Насны явцад мөгөөрс нь элэгдэн эвдэрч мэдрэлийн төгсгөлүүд дээр даран өвдөлт гаргаж ирнэ. Элэгдлийн гол шалтгаан нь хөдөлгөөн багатай амьдрал ба тамхи татах болдог байна. Хэрэв мөгөөрсийн гадна хэсэг гэмтэлтэй бол бидний радикулит гэх өвчнийг үүсгэдэг.

Үүнээс урьдчилан сэргийлэх арга нь муу зуршлаас татгалзах, спортоор хичээллэх явдал юм.

Сул булчин

Биеийн муу байрга нь нурууны өвчний гол шалтгааны нэг. Ширээний ард удаан бөгтийн суухад нуруу өвдөөд байдаг. Өгзөгийн булчингууд нэг байрлалд удаан байгаад өвдөлт үүсгэх бөгөөд түүн дээр нурууны булчин шөрмөс суларсан нь нэрмээс болдог.

Үүнтэй тэмцэхэд биеийн цэгц байрлал, ажилдаа үе үе завсарлага авах нь тус болно. Тэр нь булчинг эргэн байрлалд нь оруулж өвдөлт үүсэх шалтгааныг бууруулна.
