Авто тээврийн хэрэгслийн зурган илэрцүүд Замын цагдаагийн газар нь Авто тээврийн үндэсний төвтэй хамтран авто тээврийн хэрэгслийг стандартын шаардлага хангаж буй эсэхийг шалгах хамтарсан хяналт шалгалтыг 08 дугаар сарын 29-нөөс 09 дүгээр сарын 30-ны өдрийг дуустал улсын хэмжээнд зохион байгуулан явуулахаар болсон билээ.

Уг арга хэмжээний хүрээнд Авто тээврийн тухай хууль, Замын хөдөлгөөний аюулгүй байдлын тухай хууль, Замын хөдөлгөөний дүрэм, Авто тээврийн хэрэгсэлд тавих техникийн ерөнхий шаардлага MNS 4598:2011 стандартын хэрэгжилтийг хангуулах зорилгоор улсын хэмжээнд замын хөдөлгөөнд оролцож байгаа тээврийн хэрэгслүүдийг техникийн улсын үзлэгт хамрагдсан байдал, техникийн бүрэн бүтэн байдал, өнгө үзэмж, гэрэлтүүлэх хэрэгсэл, дагалдах хэрэгсэл, иж бүрдэл хангагдсан эсэхийг шалгаж зөрчлийг арилгуулж хариуцлага тооцож ажиллана.

Арга хэмжээг улсын хэмжээнд Замын цагдаагийн газар, Авто тээврийн үндэсний төвийн алба хаагчид хамтран зохион байгуулж байна. Шалгалтаар дараах стандарт, шаардлагыг шалгаж, зөрчлийг арилгуулна.

Үүнд:

1. Авто тээврйин тухай хуулийн 17-р зүйлд заасны дагуу автотээврийн техникийн хяналтын үзлэгт хамрагдсан байдал,

2. Замын хөдөлгөөний дүрэмд заасан ашиглахыг хориглосон гэмтэлтэй эсэхэд хяналт тавих

3. Ачаа тээвэрлэх журмын хэрэгжилт, үүнд автомашины бүтээлэг, зуурмаг тээвэрлэгч автомашины тосгуурыг шалгах

4. Авто тээврийн хэрэгслийн бүх жин ба уртын зөвшөөрөгдөх дээд хэмжээг заасан хэмжээнээс хэтэрсэн эсэхэд хяналт тавих,

5. Тээврийн хэрэгслүүдийн гадна хэсэг их хэмжээгээр эвдэрсэн буюу өнгө үзэмж илт муудсан, салхины шил хагарсан, улсын дугаар бүдгэрч арилсан зэрэг зөрчлийг илрүүлж, зөрчлийг арилгуулах

6. Бензин хөдөлгүүртэй автомашин-Утааны найрлага дахь хорт бодисын, Дизель хөдөлгүүртэй автомашин-Утааны тортогжилтын зөвшөөрөгдөх хэмжээнээс хэтэрсэн тээврийн хэрэгсэл

7. Авто тээврийн хэрэгсэлд тавих техникийн ерөнхий шаардлагад заасны дагуу гэрэл ойлгогч наалт наасан байдлыг шалгана.
