Монгол Улсын Ерөнхий сайд Н.Алтанхуяг, Нийслэлийн Засаг дарга, Улаанбаатар хотын захирагч, Монгол Улсын баатар Э.Бат-Үүл нар 1976-1981 онуудад МУИС-ийн Физикийн ангийг хамт дүүргэсэн байдаг. Тэгвэл тэдний ангийн андууд Н.Алтанхуяг, Э.Бат-Үүл нарт доорхи захидлыг илгээлээ.

УИХ-ын 2012 онысонгуулийн үр дүнд Ардчилсан нам нь “МАХН-МҮАН-ын Шударга Ёс Эвсэл”-тэй хамтарч гэрээ байгуулан Шинэчлэлийн Засгийн газрын байгуулан ажиллаж байгаа билээ. Саяхан Засгийнгазрын гишүүн сайд нарын тоог цөөрүүлэх асуудлыг Монгол Улсын Ерөнхий сайд УИХ-д өргөн мэдүүлж, Шинэчлэлийн Засгийн газрын бүтцийг УИХ-аас шинэчлэн баталсан. Одоо УИХ-д нэр дэвшсэн сайд нарыг батлахаар тал талаас нь судалж, хэлэлцэж байна.

Нэгэнт Засгийн газрын бүтэц, сайд нарын тоо өөрчлөгдсөн болохоор УИХ-ын 2012 онысонгуулийн үр дүнд байгуулагдсан намуудын хоорондох гэрээнд өөрчлөлт орж таарна.

Одоо хамтран ажиллах гэрээгээ өөрчлөхөөр ажлын хэсэг байгуулан ажиллаж, энэ ажлын хүрээнд Ардчилсан намын дарга Н.Алтанхуяг нь “МАХН-МҮАН-ын Шударга Ёс Эвсэл”-ийн дарга Н.Энхбаяртай санамж бичигт гарын үсэг зурлаа.

Гэтэл МАН-ын Хэвлэл мэдээлэл, олон нийттэй харилцах албаны дарга Н.Дэмбэрэл болон бусад нэр бүхий хүмүүс хуурамчаар гэрээний хавсралт гэгчийг үйлдэж, олон нийтийн хэвлэл мэдээллийн хэрэгслээр дамжуулсан нь “Гал дээр тос нэмсэн” үйлдэл болж олон нийтийг төөрөгдүүллээ.

Манай ангийн Э.Бат-Үүлчэнэ хуурамч гэрээний хавсралтыг үнэн юм байна гэж итгэн Монгол Улсын Ерөнхий сайд Н.Алтанхуяг руу хандан хэвлэл мэдээллийн хэрэгслээр эвгүй мэдээлэл хийсэн нь ангийн андынхаа нэр хүндийг унагах үйлдэл болов.

МУИС-ийн Физикийн ангийг 1981 онд төгссөн манай ангийнхан дотроос нэг нь Монгол Улсын Ерөнхий сайд, нөгөө нь Нийслэлийн Засаг дарга, Улаанбаатар хотын захирагчаар ажиллаж байгаад ангийнхан чинь бахархаж явдаг.

Тэр дундаа Э.Бат-Үүлийг Монгол Улсын баатар болсонд манай ангийнхан туйлын их баяртай байдаг.

Бидний энэ бахархлын тухай саяхны “Өдрийн сонин”-ы нэгэн дугаарт,”Ерөнхий сайдтай, Улсын баатартай Физикийн ангийнхан” гэсэн зураг хөрөгтэй том хэмжээтэй нийтлэл гарч, улс орон даяар тархаж , олон хүн уншиж, олон хүн мэддэгболсонбайх гэж бид боддог.

Манай Э.Бат-Үүл маань Нийслэлийн Засаг дарга, Улаанбаатар хотын захирагчийн хувьд ч, ангийн андын хувьд ч хэдийд ч Ерөнхий сайд Н.Алтанхуягтай уулзаж гэрээний талаар үнэн зөв мэдээллийг авах боломжтойбайсан. Гэтэл Э.Бат-Үүл та ангийн анддаа хэвлэл мэдээллийн хэрэгслээр мэдэгдэл хийж, нэр хүндийг нь юунд унагах болов оо. Өдий насандаа аливаа асуудалд ул суурьтай хандаж, үнэн зөвийг магадласны дараа шийдвэрийг гаргадагнас баймаар гэтэл та хэтэрхий хөнгөн хандсан шүү.

Манай ангийн зарим нөхөд 2017 онд болох Монгол Улсын Ерөнхийлөгчийн сонгуультай холбоотойгоор таныг ийм мэдэгдлийг хийсэн байх гэж үзэх юм. Хэрэв тийм бол эрхэм анд миньМонгол Улсын Ерөнхийлөгчийн сонгууль болох хугацаа хол байна шүү!

Иймд Бат-Үүлээ болгоомжгүй мэдэгдэл хийснийхээ төлөө ангийнхаа андаас уучлалт гуйх хэрэгтэй байх. Энэ гуйсан уучлалтаа олон нийтийн мэдээллийн хэрэгслээр дамжуулбал олон түмэнд ангийн дарга Н.Алтанхуягийн тухай зөв ойлголт хүрнэ шүү дээ.

Та хоёр маань төрийн өндөр дээд албан тушаалыгөөрсдийн нэр төр, боловсрол,улс эх орны хөгжил дэвшлийн төлөө хийсэн ажлын үр дүнд хашиж байгаа тул хэлэх үгтэй, нүдэндхарагдаж, гарт баригдахаар хийсэн ажилтай хүмүүс шүү. Үүнийг олон түмэн ч мэдэж байгаа байх.

Нэг ангийн найз, нөхдүүд чинь та хоёрын хооронд үүссэн үл ойлголцсон энэ байдлыг тал талаас нь авч үзэж, дараахь сэтгэлийн хэдэн үгээ илэрхийлэхээр шийдвэрлэлээ.

1. Хэвлэл мэдээллийн хэрэгслээр та хоёр эсрэг зөрүүтэй санал гаргаад байгаа чинь муухай харагдаж байна шүү. Эхлээд дор бүрнээ хариуцсан ажил дээрээ амжилт гаргаж, ард иргэдийнхээ амьдрал ахуйг дээшлүүлэх ажлыг хийцгээх хэрэгтэй байна. Та хоёр чинь нэг нам, нэг анги биз дээ. Эцсийн эцэст Монгол эх орныхоо том эрх ашгийн төлөө хамтарч ажиллах учиртай шүү.Иймд хурдан хугацаанд, харилцан ойлголцох хэрэгтэй.

2. Та нарын хоорондох энэ үл ойлголцсон асуудлыг нэг ангийн хоёр хүүхдийн хоорондын асуудал гэхээсээ илүү улс төр, улс орны эдийн засгийн асуудал гэж үзэж байгаа тул цаашдаа энэ маргаанаа зогсоох шаардлагатай.

3. Улс эх орны эрх ашгийн хувьд, ангийн андын хувьд ч та хоёр нүүр тулан уулзаж эв найрамдалтай гэдгээ олон түмэнд харуулах хэрэгтэй.

4. Ардчилсан нам нь “МАХН-МҮАН-ын Шударга Ёс Эвсэл”-тэй хамтран ажиллах гэрээгээ өөрчлөхөөр ажлын хэсэг байгуулан ажиллаж байгаа тухай хэвлэл мэдээллийн хэрэгслээр сонссон тул Э.Бат-Үүл найз минь энэ ажлын хэсэгт орж ажиллан, өөрийн санал бодлоо тусгуулах ажил хийх хэрэгтэй байна шүү.
