Нийтийн тээврийн хэрэгслүүдийн үйлчилгээ хоорондын зай богино байх нь. Баруунаас зүүн буюу Таван шараас Офицеруудын ордон хүртэл 80 автобус хоёр минутын зайтай, хойноосоо урд чиглэлд буюу Сэлбийн амнаас Зайсан хүртэл 40 автобус гурван минутын зайтай, Чингэлтэйгээс ТЭЦ-3 хүртэл 30 автобус долоон минутын зайтай, Нисэхээс Дүнжингарав хүртэл 20 автобус найман минутын зайтай гэх мэт чиглэлээр  явах юм байна.
