Дэлхий нийтийг хамарсан цар тахлаас шалтгаалан сүүлийн хоёр жилд танхимын сургалт түр завсарлаж, хичээл сургалтын үйл ажиллагаа зайн сургалтад шилжсэн. Боловсролын салбар танхимын болон зайн хосолсон сургалт зохион байгуулах, цахим сургалтын шинэ арга зүйд суралцах, сургалтын цахим сан, контент боловсруулах, цахим хичээл бэлтгэх, сургууль, цэцэрлэгийн орчинд эрүүл аюулгүй орчин бүрдүүлэх, халдвар хамгааллын дэглэмийг мөрдүүлэх зэргээр ачаалал ихтэй ажиллаж байна. Иймд зөвхөн шилдэг сургууль, цэцэрлэг шалгаруулж индексийн урамшуулал олгодог байсныг өргөжүүлж Бүтээлч багш, Оюуныг тэтгэгч багш, Шилдэг сургалтын менежер, Шилдэг арга зүйч, Шилдэг нийгмийн ажилтан, Зөвлөгч багш, Судлаач багш нарыг шалгаруулан зөөврийн компьютероор урамшууллаа. Мөн боловсролын салбарт 10-аас доошгүй жил тасралтгүй ажиллаж, ажлын амжилт, ёс зүй, ур чадвараараа хамт олноо манлайлсан есөн багшийг дүүрэг бүрээс шалгаруулж, түрээслээд өмчлөх орон сууцны эрхээр шагнах шийдвэрийг Нийслэлийн Засаг дарга гаргаж, шагналыг гардуулсан юм.
