Манай улс хүнсний бүтээгдэхүүний хэрэглээнийхээ 50 орчим хувийг импортоор авдаг. 2022 онд 1.1 тэрбум ам.долларын үнийн дүн бүхий хүнсний бүтээгдэхүүнийг импортоор худалдаж авсан нь нийт импортын 13-14 хувийг эзэлж байгаа юм.

Сонирхуулахад, энэ оны эхний улирлын байдлаар импорт өмнөх оны мөн үеэс 248.9 сая ам.доллараар өссөн байна. Импорт өсөхөд дизелийн түлш 109.8 сая ам доллар, ачааны авто машин 56.6 сая, нийтийн тээврийн импорт 22.3 сая ам доллараар өмнөх оны мөн үеэс тус тус өссөн нь голлон нөлөөлжээ.
