Сургалтын багийн гишүүн, Эмэгтэйчүүдийн улс төрийн манлайлал хөтөлбөрийн оролцогч Э.Пүрэвсүрэн: “Жендэр бол нийгэм дэх хүйсийн тэгш эрх, хүний эрхийн асуудал юм. Тиймээс жендэрийн тэгш байдлыг хангах бодлого барьж ажиллахыг салбар бүр анхаарахаас гадна олон улсын байгууллагууд төсөл хөтөлбөр хэрэгжүүлэхэд жендэрийн дүн шинжилгээ хийх шалгуурыг тавьдаг болоод байна. Эрүүл мэндийн салбарт ч энэ асуудал нь чухал юм. Тухайлбал, манай улсын дундаж насжилтын зөрүү 10 нас руу дөхөж эрэгтэйчүүдийн эрүүл мэндийн асуудлыг анхаарч үзэж халдварт бус өвчнөөс сэргийлэх мэдлэгийг дээшлүүлэх зорилгоор жендэрийн мэдрэмжтэй сургалт, мэдээллийг зохион байгуулах хэрэгцээ байна. Хүн амын насжилт явагдах тусам настан хүн амд ганц бие, эрх толгойлсон эмэгтэйчүүдийн асуудал ч давхар гарч ирдэг тул сургалт, мэдээллийн ажлыг нас, боловсрол, амьдран суугаа газрын ялгаатай байдлыг харгалзан үзэх зайлшгүй шаардлагатай болдог. Эрүүл мэндийн салбарт ажиллагсдын 80 хувь нь эмэгтэйчүүд байдаг ч тухайн салбарын бодлого боловсруулах, шийдвэр гаргах түвшний эмэгтэйчүүдийн оролцоо мөн энэ хэмжээний байгаа эсэх нь эргэлзээтэй юм. Өөрчлөлтийн төлөөх эмэгтэйчүүд ТББ-аас хөтөлбөрийг хэрэгжүүлдэг бөгөөд жил бүрийн оролцогчид ардчилал, хүний эрх, жендэрийн тэгш байдал гэхчилэн сэдвийн хүрээнд сургалт, уулзалт, нөлөөллийн ажлыг зохион байгуулдаг уламжлалтай.
