25, 45 нас хүрсэн иргэнд тухайн насанд хүрсэн өдрөөс хойш 30 хоногийн дотор иргэний үнэмлэхээ сольж олгохын зэрэгцээ овог, эцэг /эх/-ийн нэр, өөрийн нэр, төрсөн он, сар, өдөр, регистрийн дугаар, хүйс өөрчлөгдсөн, эсхүл дүр төрхийн өөрчлөлт орсон бол сольж олгох зохицуулалттай.
Тэмдэгтийн хураамжийн тухай хууль болон Монгол Улсын Засгийн газрын 2010 оны 237 дугаар тогтоолын дагуу иргэний үнэмлэх авахад 18.300 төгрөг төлнө.
Иргэний үнэмлэхийг гээсэн, үрэгдүүлсэн бол Зөрчлийн тухай хуулийн 15.24 дүгээр зүйлийн 4 дэх хэсэгт “Иргэний улсын бүртгэлийн талаар тогтоосон журам зөрчсөн бол хүнийг гучин нэгжтэй тэнцэх хэмжээний төгрөгөөр, хуулийн этгээдийг гурван зуун нэгжтэй тэнцэх хэмжээний төгрөгөөр торгоно” гэж заасны дагуу хяналтын улсын байцаагч зөрчлийг шийдвэрлэж, шийтгэл оногдуулна.
