гааль зурган илэрцүүд

Гаалийн ерөнхий газар 2019 онд хууль бусаар бэлэн мөнгө нэвтрүүлэх гэж байсан долоон удаагийн зөрчлийг илрүүлжээ. Эдгээр долоон тохиолдлоор 674.7 сая төгрөг хурааж, 101.2 сая төгрөгийн торгууль ногдуулсан байна.

Түүнчлэн Монгол Улсын иргэдийн тухайд Монголын Гаальд мэдүүлэхээс гадна тухайн зорчиж буй улсынхаа хуульд заасан хэмжээнээс их мөнгө бэлнээр авч явж байгаа тохиолдолд мөн Гаалийн мэдүүлэг бөглөх шаардлагатай гэдгийг Гаалийн ерөнхий газрын ХМССТ-ийн ахлах багш, Улсын ахлах байцаагч Б.Энхбаатар анхааруулсан юм. “Манай иргэд Монголынхоо гаальд мэдүүлчихсэн юм чинь болсон гэж ойлгоод бусад орны хил дээр мөнгөө хураалгах тохиолдол маш их гардаг. Тиймээс Монголын хилээс гадна тухайн улсын хилээр нэвтрэхдээ хуульд нь заасанчлан авч явж буй бэлэн мөнгөө мэдүүлэх шаардлагатай. Гаальд мэдүүлсэн тохиолдолд бэлэн мөнгө хүссэн хэмжээгээрээ авч явах боломжтой” гэлээ.

Хэрэв гаальд мэдүүлэлгүйгээр их хэмжээний бэлэн мөнгө хилээр нэвтрүүлэхийг завдвал мөнгийг нь улсын орлого болгон хураан авахаас гадна тухайн мөнгөний 30%-тай тэнцэх хэмжээгээр торгууль ногдуулна.
