Шүүхээс Г.Сарангэрэлийг Мансууруулах эм, сэтгэцэд нөлөөт бодис болох метафетамины агууламжтай сэтгэцэд нөлөөлөх бодисыг худалдаалах зорилгоор хууль бусаар олж авсан, өөрийн биедээ нууж хадгалсан, тээвэрлэсэн гэмт хэрэг үйлдсэн гэмт буруутайд тооцож Эрүүгийн хуулийн тусгай ангийн 20.7 дугаар зүйлийн 2-д зааснаар 3 жилийн хорих ялыг нээлттэй хорих байгууллагад эдлүүлэхээр шийдвэрлэсэн байна.

Тэрбээр өмнө нь 2014 онд Дүүргийн эрүүгийн хэргийн анхан шатны нэгдүгээр шүүхээр Эрүүгийн хуулийн тусгай ангийн 192 дугаар зүйлийн 1-д зааснаар мансууруулах болон сэтгэцэд нөлөөлөх эм, бэлдмэл, бодисыг хууль бусаар бэлтгэх, олж авах, хадгалах, тээвэрлэх, илгээх, борлуулсан хэргээр нэг жил 6 сарын хорих ялаар шийтгүүлж байсан. Улмаар давтан үйлдлээр өнгөрсөн дөрөвдүгээр сарын 18-наас 19-нд шилжих шөнө бусадтай бүлэглэн БНХАУ-аас Дорноговь аймгийн Замын-Үүд сумын авто замын шалган нэвтрүүлэх боомтоор хар тамхи, мансууруулах бодисыг бэлэг эрхтэндээ нууж, улсын хилээр хууль бусаар нэвтрүүлж, бусдад зарж борлуулах зорилгоор тээвэрлэж явсныг илрүүлэн Баянзүрх дүүргийн нутаг дэвсгэрээс баривчилсан байдаг.
