Төрийн тэргүүн хэлсэн үгэндээ “Манай улсын төрийн алтан соёмбот сүлд, эрдэнийн далбаа тэргүүтэн нь Монголын төрт ёсны нандин уламжлал, гүн утга санааг агуулан өнгөрсөн, өнөө, ирээдүй гурван цагийн алтан хэлхээ холбоонд мөнхөд мандан бадарч байхыг бэлгэддэг юм.
Ертөнцийн умард, өмнөд туйл, дэлхийн дээвэр Хималай, сансрын уудам, НҮБ-ын ордон, олимп, тив дэлхийн аваргын дэвжээнээ Монголын Төрийн алтан соёмбот эрдэнийн далбаа монгол хүний эрэлхэг зориг, тэсвэр хатуужил, авьяас билгийн бэлгэдэл болон мандаж байдаг нь ард түмэн, төр, улсын маань жинхэнэ бахархал билээ” гэлээ.
Төрийн далбааны өдрийг монголчууд 2008 оноос эхлэн тэмдэглэж, Төрийн тэргүүн 2011 онд Монгол Улсын Төрийн далбааг дээдлэн хүндэтгэх санаачлагыг түгээн дэлгэрүүлэх тухай зарлиг гаргасан билээ.
Уг зарлигт “Монгол Улсын тусгаар тогтнол, бүрэн эрхт байдлын бэлгэ тэмдэг-Төрийн далбаагаа дээдлэн шүтэх ард түмний хүсэл эрмэлзэл, үүсгэл санаачлагыг дэмжиж Монгол Улсын Ерөнхийлөгчийн тухай хуулийн 3 дугаар зүйлийн 3 дахь заалт, 9 дүгээр зүйлийн 1 дэх заалт, Төрийн бэлгэ тэмдгийн тухай хуулийн 25 дугаар зүйлийг тус тус үндэслэн ЗАРЛИГ БУУЛГАХ НЬ:
Монгол хүний үндэсний бахархал, эх оронч үзлийг хөхиүлэн дэмжих зорилгоор монгол түмний их түүх, эв нэгдэл, цог хийморийн илэрхийлэл болсон Төрийн далбаагаа өргөө гэр, албан тасалгаандаа ёс төртэй залж, гүн хүндэтгэлтэй хэрэглэж хэвшихийг Монгол Улсын нийт иргэн, аж ахуйн нэгж, байгууллагад уриалсугай” гэжээ.
Өнөөдөр болсон Төрийн далбаны өдрөөр 1911 оны Богд хаант Монгол Улсын гурван хэл бүхий бадамлянхуа цэцгийн суурьтай соёмбо тэмдэг, э-бам үсэгтэй төрийн далбаа, 1924 оны бадамлянхуа цэцгийн суурьтай алтан соёмбо, хоёр хажуудаа БНМАУ гэсэн монгол бичигтэй төрийн далбаа, 1940 оны голдоо таван хошуу малын дүрс бүхий Төрийн сүлдтэй, БНМАУ гэсэн бичигтэй төрийн далбаа, 1945 оны оройдоо улаан таван хошуутай, алтан соёмботой төрийн далбаа, 1992 оны Үндсэн хуулиар баталсан одоо хэрэглэж буй алтан соёмбот төрийн далбааг гүн хүндэтгэлтэйгээр залж, мандууллаа гэж Ерөнхийлөгчийн хэвлэл мэдээллийн албанаас мэдээллээ.
