Хөдөлгөөнт тоглоом

Хөдөлгөөнт тоглоом нь хүүхдийг хөдөлгөөний дутагдлаас сэргийлэх, алжаал тайлах, бусадтай хамтран тоглож сурах, дүрэм баримтлахад суралцах зэрэг олон талын ач хобогдолтой. Технологижсон өнөө цагт хүүхдүүд компьютер, зурагтын урд олон цагаар суух, утсаа удаан үзэж сууж, хэвтэж л чөлөөт цагаа өнгөрүүлэх болсон. Өндөрлөг газар дээрээс үсэрч буух, буцаад гарах, тарж гүйх зэрэгт суралцана. Хүүхдүүд бага зэргийн өндөрлөсөн (5-10 см өндөртэй) урт сандал, банз, модны тайрдас дээр зогсоно. Тоглоомыг удирдан явуулах хүн “Гадаа нар гарлаа, бор шувуунууд үүрнээсээ гарч үр тариа олж идэж байна” гэж хэлнэ. Хүүхдүүд өндөрлөгөөс буун тарж зарим нь газар дээр өвдөглөж гараараа газар дээр хуруугаараа тоншиж шувуу тоншиж байгаа шиг дүр үзүүлнэ.Бороо орлоо бүх шувуу үүр рүүгээ нислээ” гэж хэлэхэд хүүхдүүд буцаж өөрсдийн байрандаа очно. Яаж зөөлөн буух, өндөрлөг дээр буцаж яаж гарах зэргийг зааж өгөх хэрэгтэй. Олон дахин давтан тоглосны дараа тоглоомыг зөвхөн “нар”, “бороо” гэж нэг үгээр удирдаарай.

2. БУДАГ

Энэ нь хүүхдүүдийг авхаалж самбаатай болгох, хурдан шалмаг хөдөлгөөнтэй болгох зорилготой тоглоом юм. Хүүхдүүд дундаас нэг нь чоно болж бусад нь нэг нэг өнгө оноож авна. Хоёр үүрний хоорондох зай хол байх тусам илүү их хөдөлгөөн хийж, гүйнэ гэсэн үг.

3. Атом, молекул

Хүүхдүүд тарж зогсоно. Тоглоомын удирдагч атом молекул төд гэж хэлэхэд хэлсэн тоогоор нь хоорондоо нийлж, сондгойрсон нь тоглоомоос хасагдана. Жишээ нь, атом молекул гурав гэвэл гурав гурваараа нийлнэ гэсэн үг. Тоглоомыг удирдан явууж байгаа хүн хүүхдүүдийн тоог харж байгаад мэдрэмжтэйгээр, аль болох хөгжилтэй байлгах талаас нь тоогоо хэлдэг. Хүүхдүүд хоорондоо нийлэх гэж шуугилдаж, шахалдаж хөл хөгжөөн үүсдэг болохоор маш сонирхолтой. Атом молекул 0 гэж хэлэхэд хөдлөхгүй байрандаа зогсох ёстой. Бусадтайгаа нийлэх гэж хөдөлгөөн хийвэл “Зангалаа” гэж үзээд тоглоомноос хасдаг дүрэмтэй.

4. НУУГДАЖ ТОГЛОХ

Нэг хүүхэд үлдээд бусад нь тарж нуугдана. Үлдсэн хүүхэд өөр өрөөнд орох, эсвэл буруу харж зогсох гэх мэтээр өөрийгөө тусгаарлах хэрэгтэй. Тэгж байхдаа “Болсон уу?” гэж асуухад нуугдаж амжаагүй хүүхэд нь “Болоогүй ээ гэж хариулна. Ингээд бүгд нуугдаж дуусмагц “Болсон уу?” гэж асуухад хариулах хүнгүй үлдэнэ. Олох хүүхэд бүгд нуугдчихсан байна гэж ойлгоод хайж эхэлнэ. Олдоогүй хүүхэд нь ялагч болно оо гэсэн үг. Нуугдаж тоглох бас нэг өөр арга байдаг нь эд зүйл нуух. Ямар нэгэн эд зүйл, тоглоомыг нууна. Олох хүүхэд эд зүйлийг хайж байх хооронд нуусан хүүхэд нь тусламж үзүүлнэ. Нуусан зүйл рүү ойртвол халуун байна гэж, холдоод байвал хүйтэн байна гэж хэлж өгч тусалдаг.

5.ЖИРТА

Шохойгоор газар дээр тоотой хөлөг зураад нүд нүдэнд нь үсэрч тоглодог тоглоом. Тоглоомын хүүг өнхрөхгүй, хүнд зүйлээр хийдэг. Зузаан шилний хэлтэрхий, хавтгай чулуу, тосны хавтгай хайрцаг гэх мэт юу ч ашиглаж болно. Бид багадаа ногоон өнгийн зузаан шил гэх мэт жиртаны хүү болгож ашиглах зүйлтэй тааралдвал авч хадгалдаг байлаа.

6. АЛТАН ЗАГАС

Гадаа шороон дээр том тойрог зурна. Дотор нь хүүхдүүд орж зогсоод, тойргийн хоёр талд нэг нэг хүүхэд зогсоно. Тойрог нь загасны хорго, доторх хүүхдүүд нь загаснууд, харин хоёр талд зогсоо хоёр хүүхэд нь эмгэн, өвгөн хоёр загас барихаар зогсож байгаа гэж төсөөлөөрэй. Хүүхдүүд нуруу, нуруунаасаа барьж цувж зогсоно. Хамгийн урд зогсож байгаа нь буур, хамгийн хойно байгаа нь сүргийн хамгийн отгон ботго болно. Нэг хүүхэд чонын дүрд тоглоно. Чоно ирээд “Цагаан тэмээ, цагаан тэмээ ноосноосоо” гэж хэлнэ. Буур хариуд нь “Ноос байхгүй ээ” гэхэд чоно “Ноосоо яагаа вэ?” гэж асуудаг. “Ширмэл ширээд ширээ бөхөндөө углачихсан юм” гэж буурыг хэлэхэд нь чоно “Аа тийм үү. 8. ЧОНО ТАРВАГАЦАХ
